The Real Santa Clause has appeared in Reaper's March and gave gifts to the good boys and the good girls for the incoming Christmas so stay tuned! He might appear even in PVP! This year Santa is doing a special something. He will get ready for bad boys and bad girls won't have a coal this year: they will be hunted when the Justice systems comes online!!! So if you have been good, hunted lots of dremora's and broke those chains gifts will be coming if you get to meet Santa!

i find that the concept of "father christmas" being RP'd in Tamriel completely immersion breaking.
when i play ESO, i expect to immersed and explore the world of Tamriel. Last i checked, father christmas is not included in Tamrielic lore.

personally, as a jew, im surrounded by enough christmas in real life that i dont expect to find it in the games i play, especially ones that have such a strong policy on "real world religion and politics"

Are you offended that people celebrate Christmas because you're jewish?? Just wondering... I'm basically aethiest (I say basically because I don't know what I should believe in and haven't fully decided I'm aethiest yet.) and I have no problem with people talking to me about their religion. Believe what you want, that's cool that you have something to believe in, just don't scrutinize me whenever I tell you I don't believe in it. Vice-versa goes the same though. my issue is the fact that this thread is allowed, where it is clearly discussing real world religion, and that is against TOS, this has nothing to do with tamriel, and according to the TOS, i dont have to be subjected to this on these forums, or in game
other threads/comments have been taken down underneath the same auspices of "real world religion and politics", and i would like to see consistency of the enforcement.

I'm Buddhist - still happy to have a Khajiit santa Still happy for others to celebrate whatever they want and however they want. Diversity is beautiful and if someone is doing something that makes them happy then that makes me happy too.

Immersion/lore-breaking activities that other players participate in are an inevitability. There are religion based guilds, country based guilds, gender based guilds, language based guilds, orientation based guilds, etc that all exist without need to be regulated.

If your outrage is real (hopefully not) then I'm afraid you have quite the crusade ahead of you.

i feel that you are missing the point, the issue here is a clear inconsistency with the rules regarding to "real world religion and politics"
