EU mega server is back in US? High ping, lag and read on!

After the last update my ping is increased from 15-20 (my std. EU ping over fiber connection) to 100-150; sometimes around 300 - what is my std. ping to US!
After a laggy yesterday I checked the ESO.exe , that where is connecting and I see that it is an US IP address http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/159.100.232.162 .
Before the last update, so after the EU server was moved to EU, I am sure that the ESO.exe was connecting to an EU IP address, so not to an american IP!

Falmari✭✭I get 26ms pinging that ip from the uk.
Which is strange I play on the US server and tonight it was really laggy normally it is fine.Edited by Falmari on December 7, 2014 10:57PM0 -
