I wish I had it, but only because I want the dye. I couldn't care less about the title, or about the achievement itself since so many people either bought it or cheesed it through exploits or something similar.

i guess its fairly accurate to say that only a third of player base has been emperor at this point.

There's definitely a huge majority that have NOT been Emp. Part of the problem is that, many of the players that are in it to get emp in the first place are also the same kinds of players that participate on forums/reddit, so you're really looking at skewed numbers.
