How to fix the dwemer grind

Massively improve the drop rate on motifs, and make it so containers don't reset when you relog. At the moment the current system is so broken it's ridiculous. Any system that has been balanced around people logging in and out 100 times is awful design. No idea how it has continued for this long. Better yet add them as mob drops rather than container drops which was a terrible design decision in the first place.
