While in s group Dwemer containers are empty

I have noticed this twice in the past week:
While in Santaki and Aldunz in the Alik'r Desert with a group of 2 or more people all the containers in these Dwemer ruins are empty. When I leave the group and go back in to these places solobthe Dwemer containers function properly. Anyone else had this issue? This time, it appears to be related to being in a group.
