How to report ZOS staff for incompetence?

Title says it all... Getting pretty annoyed with some staff and wish to report them as how we the customers are treated.

    i agree with you, all we need is the email and / or name of the supervisor or boss of the persons and then we might stand a chance of getting some real help.
    sadly tho i must admit, i do not want to find out the people we are reporting are in-fact only obeying orders and it is not them who is at fault.
    that would be a travesty.

    I've tried sending a pm to the community manager @ZOS_JessicaFolsom that was 2 days ago. Best of luck with your issues tho ^_^

    The problem is not primarily with the support people. In some cases, there is nothing they could do short of admitting that the product is shoddy, and they are most probably forbidden to say anything to that effect. It is extremely frustrating to support a buggy piece of software while pretending all is well and make customers jump through all kinds of hoops just to pretend that the problem is likely to be with something at their end. At least a large part of the blame for bad support experiences rests with the developers rather than the support staff. If the software wasn't in such a bad state, the debugging steps we are sent through would actually make some sense.
