Been stuck in quest and can't play character

Hi all,
I've tried contacting in-game support, have submitted multiple tickets, but no response. So trying here.
Here's the deal. My character was creating awhile go so that I could reserve the name. I started playing the character for 'real' last week, and realized that the quest progression was off. I'm in the tutorial, in the section where you're supposed to pick a weapon up off the table. Problem is, the quest says "search the cell" or "talk to the prophet." The prophet however is INSIDE the cell I have already exited, and it's impossible to get back in. This is literally the start of the game. As such, my character is effectively stuck.
I've sent multiple requests to simply jump me past the tutorial. It has been several days and no response. Can anyone here help. Would really like to be able to play using this character..

How did you submit your request? Please note that if you use the /bug feature, those reports go straight to our developers and will not receive a response from customer support.
We went ahead and opened a ticket for you on this issue so one of our GMs can get in contact with you and assist you with moving the character along in the questline.
Alternatively, if you're not super attached to the character's appearance, we have a bit of a pro tip for you!
If you head to the character creation menu and customize a character the way you'd like it to be, those settings remain cached. So you can:- Go to character creation and make a character you really like
- Back out of the character creation menu
- Delete the character with the name you reserved
- Hit character creation again and your settings will still be there
- Name the character the same thing and hop in
Since your name will only be free for a few seconds, it's unlikely to be taken.
