Logging-in Instant Crash

I cannot log into 2 characters (lvl 8). I instantly crash once I try to log into the characters.

It happened at the same place at the same part of the quest (the moment I entered one of the ships) ... I think the docks in genumbra when trying to do the stowaway quest. (possible bugged/glitched area)

Last time this happened it was my main character (VR14) and I had to be wayshrined somewhere else. This has happened about 4 times now on 4 different characters...

I have tried /camp /reloadui even relogging restarting lowering all settings and turning off addons....

This is preventing me from playing at all! and I am getting pretty sick of it, I am not paying to stare at constant crash reporters...

@psyan I feel your frustration. Ever since patch 1.5 a growing number of players have been affected by login bugs, latency issues, random disconnects just to mention a few. ZOS is likely to open a support ticket for you. Inside of that support ticket they'll have you repair the game client. I hope that's all it takes to get the game stable again for you ^_^

I have already submitted tickets, I have been waiting since last night...

Its been 4 days and my characters are still insta-crashing. All i had was an email showing me how to send a game consultant and screen shot.... and I sent that.

I am still waiting for a reply.... they didn't even move my characters like they said they would in the email after i confirmed the names of the characters.

does anyone have any other tips on fixing this that I can just do myself because waiting days for help is not how I wish to spend my subscription :P

My girlfriend is also having this issue, she hasn't been able to log in on her main character for 5 days now. The first ticket they moved her char and she was able to play for 5 minutes then it happened again and she hasn't had a ticket reply since.

Hold in there you're not the only one getting screwed.
