This has been happening every day around 14:00 GMT. Today, I was in the middle of playing this game and it just quitted on me while I was running around. When I opened it up and tried logging back in, the above image came back on. It is now 17:00 GMT and I still can't log in. It would be no biggie if this was the only time it happened to me, but this same thing happened yesterday, Saturday and Friday, all at around 14:00 GMT. Yesterday it didn't happen because the system was down for maintenance then. I can't play for 4 or 5 hours and then it might work correctly tonight at 21:000 GMT.

This is highly irritating as I'm on holiday and between 14:00 and 18:00 is exactly when I want to be able to play the game.
I have ran "Repair" to no avail.

These are my specs:
I have a Mac OS X, version 10.7.5, with a 2,2 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor and 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3 memory.

I would greatly appreciate any help with this.

    Hey there @Nihili,

Do you happen to be running any add-ons? They have been a cause of this issue in the past. If you wouldn't mind, please disable your add-ons and let us know if this issue persists around the same time. If so, we'll be happy to continue assisting you.

I was having the same issue, and running about a dozen addons, including some out of date. I disabled all of them and was able to log in.

Edit: After logging in, I re-enabled the current in-date addons and it crashed.

May they be free from suffering
May they find the joy that has never known suffering
May they be free from attachment and hatred

I am running a bunch of add-ons, yes, and a lot of them are out of date too. Thank you for getting back to me, I'll definitely disable those when the problem comes up again, unfortunately/fortunately the problem fixed itself and I'm able to play again, but that means I can't test to see if disabling the add-ons would help. I'll definitely come back to this to give an update, thanks a dozen @ZOS_GaryA @Lanark

Hi there, I've run into the same problem again today. Assuming the problem was with the add-ons I went into my documents > the Elder Scrolls online > live > Add-Ons etc. and removed the add-on files manually, yet when I tried logging back in the same error occurred despite what I did. Has there been any other obvious cause to this problem?
