Character won't load has my new pet!

Marquileus Avervus will not load all the way i get a crash report. I really hate to lose my pet so if anyone can help me get my character back. He was at stone village after talking to one statue then logged out now he won't load. Please help. :-D

Thank you, I did put in game bug report but thought you guys may be able to help me faster. My 3 year old grand son was watching me kill bears last night. Logged off to help get him ready for bed we came back and boy was he mad he couldn't watch me kill anymore bears. So thanks again you may just have saved my life. He is a tough 3 year old. :-D

We just wanted to follow up and let you know that /bug reports are an excellent way to report bugs in the game, but they won't receive a response from our customer support department as they go straight to our developers. If you need more immediate assistance, we ask that you use /help to put in a customer support ticket. Hope that helps!
