Facial Animations inop for me

For some reason I have yet to figure out the new facial animation system does not work for me. I looked in settings for triggers to set it to operational, but no luck. What happens is the the NPC just stands there with no facial expression or mouth movement and sound comes out. This cannot be what is intended.
Am I doing something wrong?

Is this happening with a specific NPC, or is this happening with all of them? If it's a specific NPC, we're currently taking a look at the few of the outliers, but we'd be happy to hear which one isn't working for you.

If it's all of them, give a quick shot to repairing the client. To do this, close the game and open the launcher. Select Game Options just above the news articles, then select Repair from the drop down. Then enter the game, speak to someone, and let us know if it helped!

Its all of them. I ran the repair feature and now I am waiting for the 11/17/14 maintenance of the NA server to be completed. I will feedback here what transpires when I get back in game.

I noticed that FA not playing sometimes(around 70% time) if NPC have some animation in dialog (scratch head etc), when animation finished they actually begin to talk but without FA.
