To anyone still having this issue. I've had an email back from support today saying it is now a known bug and they are looking into it....

Thank you for getting back to me. I won't lie, your issue had me really stumped, so I reached out to one of my colleagues on the Development side of things and asked for some more specifics from the crash reports you've sent on.

She let me know that they do have a bug in for the crash you're encountering, and that they're investigating as we speak. I took the liberty of taking your MSInfo and Game Consultant Report and attaching them both, so that they can investigate the issue in-depth.

That said, since there's a bug in and no information on it at this time, I'm afraid I'm at a loss for troubleshooting I can provide you. What I have done is set myself to watch the bug in the system so that I can see any updates, and I'll leave your help request open in my inbox for now. Once they update the bug to let me know a fix is going live, I'll let you know, and we can check that it's actually fixed!

It has been happening to me for a month now. I raised the help ticket on the 15th of November.

No estimate on the fix as they have been unable to recreate the problem at their end.

I am still experiencing crashes. It's happening about 3-4 times a day now. Either I /reloadui or click to use a wayshrine. Yesterday I swapped to windows then after a little while I saw the crash report window come up.
I do use some addons but I make sure all of them are up to date and I have tried disabling/enabling them etc. Nothing yet.

I am getting this as well. It's not really preventing me from playing, but definitely a nuisance we shouldn't have to deal with.

I've been "crashing" since patch 1.4. Just like many of you, game just throws me frequently (never less than 30min, never more than 90min) back to login screen without any error msg. After that the first loading screen when using a wayshrine etc, is 50-180sec long. I've tried _everything_ to fix this, but nothing makes even slight difference in good or worse.

I've managed to not crash the last few times playing by turning down/off all graphical settings and closing the patcher/launcher. If I leave the launcher open, I'll get random freezes, but they haven't kicked me yet. The freezes seem to coincide with certain sound effects like weapon swapping.
The game looks terrible, so I will slowly try to turn things back on to see if it's any one particular setting.
Does this work for anyone else?

I ended up purchasing a ASUS ROG G751JT, 16GB Memory, 1TB HDD, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970M, 17.3" Gaming Laptop with Windows 8.1 in 64-Bit. I haven't had any crashes yet (crosses his fingers).

Crashes still going on... its as the OP states (and many others) it all started with 1.5...
this is pretty messed up gpu isnt a problem 2 different pcs running gtx980(asus strix) and pass the minimux specs by a light year...
Im getting a crash after 10-20 mins of gameplay with and without addons!?
As for free games go tera and neverwinter never crashed on my end thats pretty bad for customers who pay in euros and not in hdd space...

Just chiming in to say - same issue here. I looked through the error logs and it just seems to be random game related issues like something didn't load, or something doesn't exist or unable to extract skin file... etc etc.

Same here, keep crashing again and again, up to 10 times a day. I had no problems before 1.5.
