I am currently standing in front of sergeant seyne and she will not give me the quest, did they move it somewhere else and it's now offered by a different NPC?

NovaShadow✭✭✭✭✭If this is on EP's first starter island, you need to complete whatever quest you chose from the npc in the little city when you first went there first to unlock the other 2. I also found this out when I lvl'd a new character recently. I figured it out by going to the other side of the map and doing that quest first, got it then. Guess they changed it.PC NA - EPHS0 -
Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Yeah you have to talk to Capt. Rana first and complete whatever quest you choose as your first quest. Seyne is standing right by the area, Hozzin's Folly. Once you talk to her, grab a disguise and find the three items you can then enter the mine. If you don't talk to Rana as soon as you spawn on the island, the main quest sometimes bugs and you can't do any of the quests.0 -
