Delay using light/heavy attack after swapping to 1H + shield.

There is currently an approximately two second delay before being able to use a light or heavy attack after weapon swapping to a 1H + shield. Could someone look into this please.

    This is still occurring in all areas of the game.

    With the new changes to ultimate generation (light/heavy attacks start a 8 second timer that allows 3 ultimate generation per second) this bug which is still in game becomes even more detrimental to any player using 1 hand and shield. Could we have some clarification on whether there is a fix to this in the pipeline please.

    Confirmed. Any idea what is causing this?
