Stuck in Army of Meridia Quest

Just finished rescuing the King and introduced him to the Fighter's Guild but the quest Arrow is stuck on the Grounds Keeper, keeps telling me that Cadwel found the Fighters with Darian and thats it. I cant move forward, sent an in game trouble ticket, any body else having this issue?

tengri✭✭✭✭✭I encountered this couple of months back on one of my chars.
What I did to "fix" (or should I say bypass) this was to simply continue with the second part: go onwards to free Vanus (eastern side of CH) and when he finally got back to the mages guild the quest completed and unlocked everything in the Hollow City.
It's was a little annoying because the first part is supposed to be enough to open up the bank for you but hey... at least I could move on.Edited by tengri on November 13, 2014 8:20AM0 -

@Tengri is spot on. The Army of Meridia will progress once you have rescued both King Dynar and Vanus. King Dynar is located far West of the Hollow City, while Vanus will be to the far East. Hope that helps!0 -
