Another quest bug - A questionable contract.

I've had to give up on the "A Grim Situation" quest in Reaper's March so I've moved on to "A Questionable Contract". I need to collect 3 types of Atronach core - except that Storm Atronachs don't drop cores (I've killed 4); logging out doesn't help either!

Quitting the game does seem to have reset things and I've got my Storm Atronach core.
