no offence, but dont seem like it, several months later, and its still completely broken.

The entire game all the quests, content etc other than the 1 group dungeon per zone and craglorn, the game is designed as a solo game experience, the crap phase questing they have in game should have made it obvious, that and how no matter what race, class or faction the main story, fighters and mage guilds quests are the same .= no real replay value.
If you actually want to group up , you should do like MMO gamers did for years, long before they made a LFG tool . and that is ask in zone chat for a group [ gasp but that`ll break my solo immersion game exp ] lol .

It's been since October but wow it's 100% non functional now. I expect to be able to quest while queued. If not...this may as well be single player with friendly co-op quests.

The thing about consoles is there is already an established community. With PC games there really isn't that kind of existing group. On ESO I have a friends list that I built within ESO. On the PS4, my friends list exists separately (kind of like steam on PC).

Can you confirm that it should be fixed before, at release or after update 1.6?
Instead of automated searching, it could provide a list of groups.
You make a group posting to LFG tool. "LFG Fungal Grotto" could be the name of your group, for example.
Then everyone else could just pick and choose what group they want to join in.
It would work better than automated search.
