Vet 9 character cannot level up

Just about an hour ago, my vet 9 templar finally (after around 4 days of questing) hit 1,432,550 xp and I saw the level up indicator. But he didn't level up. No skillpoint, no attribute point, and he cannot equip the dwemer vet 10 gear I made for him (most of the reason why I grinded to vet 10 was so I could see how the new dwemer gear looks).
After killing a few more things, his exp bar is stuck at vet 9 but he's gaining exp beyond the max. He's something like 1, 434,500 xp now but still vet 9.
I sent in a bug report and hope that this gets resolved asap. No bigger killjoy than being unable to level up when you should be able to.

V14 Templar Argonian Healer, V12 DK Orc Tank, V2 Sorcerer High Elf DPS, V1 Templar Breton DPS, V1 Nightblade Bosmer DPS, and 3 low levels.

It's not just VR9. My VR1 DK cleared xp to go into VR2 last night. Got the "Rank Up" message, yet she remains at VR1 with xp well over the VR2 requirement. I know others are having the same problem. Not immediately reported as it still takes so long to level a VR rank, but the reports are coming in now. Restarting doesn't fix it.
I don't know if anyone can rank up a VR character now. I'd advise staying off VR characters for the purpose of leveling until they figure out how and why they screwed all this up so badly. ✭✭I'm not going to level soon myself. Noticed last night that I went from being 75% of the way to VR 11 to being 23% of the way, because now I apparently need 4 million xp to level since the last patch.- PC/NA

RiandrSoul ShrivenHaving the same problem with a VR1... kit the level up and it said VR Lvl 2 and then... back to 1. I was hoping I could at least equip my VRLvl2 Armor and Bow... but nope. When is this being fixed?0

Check your character window, the 4 million xp seems to be an addon bug, my toolbar addon says 4mil, my in game has the 1.4mil0 -

I think it's a bug on ZoS hands, and I think it is the reason why people are saying levelling is so much slower than it should be. Someone at ZoS did lol I cna do mathz lol and failed horribly.
Can't wait for when our skills get converted from from doing 120 damage to 12000 in preparation for the new Champion system. Nothing is going to go wrong with that conversion. Nope. Nothing at all.
