What will you be doing on ESO until Thursday's Fix?

Hey all, so with the fix due for Thursday, what will you guys be doing within ESO until then?

I recently made my Third character (DK) and got him to V1 yesterday, my other two characters are both V14. I plan to PvP with the DK to gain him some AP, and also work on Provisioning with him which I am enjoying so far. on my V14 Sorc I want to work on my enchanting.

That's what I have planned until Thursday, where I think i'll get to V14 ASAP if the XP is back to normal for VR's! Happy gaming!

Making another alt or leveling those who have not yet reached VR ranks. Otherwise I might as well enjoy a little PvP.

Playing my level 34 character, maybe some PVP with my main. Went through about 20 soul gems in PVP yesterday so maybe make a soul gem filling run on some unsuspecting mudcrabs, too. I'd rather use my AP for siege weapons and repair kits when the filled soul gems go on sale in Cyrodiil.

I'll be doing what I usually do: meander through quests, debate paying out the ass for more backpack space and/or buying a horse, and harassing everyone in the zone when I'm stuck with something.

I have lost faith in the decisions being made by the management over there.

I was really looking forward to the reported idea of faster VR leveling. It seems now, with the change in wording from the green posts, that may never have been the intention all along. Buff lower level mob xp??? Who ever thought that was a good idea, and a priority, needs a new line of work.

As I do not have a VR14, I will be using this time to research builds for my classes and roles. Though ZOS has failed at VR leveling, skill leveling still works. For me the best approach, the way things are now, is to go out there to grab skyshards and rank up skill levels I intend to use at "end game".

I think those of us not VR14 are just going to have eat it, for the most part, until Champ goes live. Then we can probably expect a whole new tidal wave of problems once that hits as well.

I'm sticking with it, but I won't fault a single person for canceling their sub until ZOS decision makers get their act together. These let downs from ZOS are really becoming very heartbreaking.

I haven't really been playing since 1.5, just logging in to check my hirelings and feed my horse plus I'm still trying to figure out what weapons I should put my skill points into.

Considering the downward spiral of quality that ZOS is showing its customers right now, you may be finishing your first run through Dragon Age: Inquisition before they get their act together. That's where I will be next week as well. Maybe be back to ESO in 60 days to see if anything has gotten better.

Aaaaand correction... My VR1 DK just cleared VR1 xp into VR2 xp. Even got the message of "Veteran Rank Level Up"... and no rank up. She is at 1,438,600 of 1,432,550 yet still VR1.

I don't know if this is a bug with just this one character, or others can expect not to rank up at all as well. If this is not just this one character, and as I have no VR14s, there is really nothing for me to do in this game until they fix this.

I'll be playing Assassin's Creed until they unf@#k the entirety of the XP conundrum. Once it is VISIBLY AND TANGIBLY easier to level in Veteran Zones as it was advertised, then I'll try to get the rest of my characters to max.

They also have no intention of removing the 5 VR ranks thing they did with update 5, seems like the only reason i should log on with any of my VR characters is to do Crafting writs, get hirelings and activate researchings.

What a shame.

Playing SWTOR again cos I only logged in once since 1.5.3 to see crafting writs....I may log in again once 1.6 is launched but there is nothing for me to do now, especially now levelling is busted too.


ps, YES you read right....I even think SWTOR is a more playable game than ESO at the moment.
Shame on you Zeni for ruining my Elder Scrolls enjoyment.

Seeing as the VR quest XP fix wasn't even supposed to be fixed with 1.5.3 and it now sounds like they intentionally slowed down leveling via questing, I'll be playing something else instead. I'll log in to collect hireling mails and maybe do writs until either my sub runs out, or they fix XP gain.

EA Access has it available from Thursday. I pre-ordered the Inquisition Collector's Edition and can't wait. I guess Master Chief will keep me busy until then.

In ESO, I'll pick up mails and hope for ZOS to finally get back on track.

Hi maotti, just those few things you mentioned and checking guidstores and asking in zone chat for a v10 crown of the lich is keeping me pretty busy as it is, on evenings after work.
I did a superhard quest in craglorn yesterday and the needed concentration to kill the last boss after 6 wipes is not something i would like to do every evening.

I find there is always something to do in our eso world, in fact there is too much choice sometimes, i have not even had time to properly look for the dwemer pages.
