Abandoned Grim Situation Quest, how do I get it back!?

I abandoned the Grim Situation quest since its been buggy since the last patch, and now I cannot seem to pick it back up. I can't find Englor and there are no quest markers for him. I even went back to Silvenar to talk to Lord Gharesh-ri but I'm unable to access the part of the tree he's in. How do I pick Grim Situation back up?

I up this since I have the same problem... I relogged, ported all over the map, went back several times... Englor just vanished ... damn elf !

Anybody has an idea how to fix this ?
