Latency Problems on EU Megaserver

Hey guys, since a couple of days the latency is very bad. Maybe this is more ISP related than Server Datacenter. But since like 2-3 days i get constant 300ms Server Ping. (ingame monitor)
Here you see the whole problem :
Its almost unplayable like that. I live in germany. Usually i have a ping of max. 20ms to german servers, wherever they are located. Only get this high latency to ESOs Servers.
I heard of other players having the same issue too.
