[Bug] Lethal arrow debuff not stable

Hello!
so i noticed this - everytime when i push button of the skill Lethal Arrow again, the debuff dissapear from the target. I found this using FTC addon, vanilla UI interface dont show buffs/debuffs on the target/hero.
Even if i double tap away, and the second shoot actually didnt happend, debuff anyway vanished...
Devs, can you check this pls, and fix if the problem really exist?

✭✭✭✭✭If i had to guess, it's the addon not showing the debuff properly.
Example: Expert hunter gives you a buff against daedra, for 13 seconds, but if you kill a daedra while its up then the duration is extended by another 15 seconds. You can see this works, because the buff gives a white glow to your weapon, and it stays for a long time if you keep chain killing daedra.
But - the addon only shows the buff on you for the original 13 seconds.0 -
