Vault of Madness Broken !!!

I played for almost 1.5 hrs, and finally found out that this dungeon is broken !!! After defeating the Architect, the final question conversation NPC doesnt appear !!!!!!! so i cant officially complete the quest !!! Its been 7 months since release ZOS ,at least fix all the dungeon issues... I have had broken dungeon quests at least 50%of the times and its really frustrating after playing a difficult dungeon for so long !!!

I had pretty much the same experience today. One guy in our original group had to leave, so group leadership changed around a few times. First Gaston didn't appear after the first boss, so we started over. (That's also when leadership changed.) We did the whole thing and Gaston never showed up after defeating the mad architect. So yeah, Vault of Madness is (still) broken. I experienced a similar issue with Direfrost Keep a couple of months ago.
