biting jabs stunlock still in the game

Is this really intended, you can still get stunlocked with it from 100% health to dead. Sometimes you can cc break out of it, but that doesnt stop the templar from just doing it all over again, no immunity. And sometimes you cant even break out of it even if you have 50%+ stamina.

Knocks back does not trigger CC immunity on any skill that has a knock back. But it can be blocked.

I have had no issues getting out of a Templar hitting me with biting jabs. This new since 1.5 ?(have not bothered with PVP since the removal of forward camps)
