Who do I have to mug to get some help updating my billing information? The card I used to get my initial six-month sub expired in the interim, I have entered my new card info several times, and the billing department keeps trying to use the old card. I have confirmed that with my bank.
I filed a ticket requesting email, about three hours ago. No reply.
I filed a ticket requesting a phone call, about two hours ago. No reply.
I called Zenimax and talked to a very polite young lady who took my contact information and promised to forward to "escalation" That was thirty minutes or so ago, and to be fair she said it may take an hour.
This isn't rocket science. It's E-Commerce 101. I should be able to update my billing info and have it effective immediately.
