This is depressing

After reading about update 5, I decided to come back to ESO and give it some time. After buying a 30 day sub plan, reinstalled the game and then it hit me. I have forgotten both my password and secret question (10/10 planning right?) I send in a support ticket to get a password reset. I got a reply pretty quickly and it said a password reset will be sent to my email and someone to help me reset my secret question. That was 2 days ago. And I have received neither.

I know this question will be brought up. How am I logged into the game and forums if I cant remember anything? I had it set to "remember me".

The issue is just a little bit unclear, so we'd like to clarify a few things. You mentioned that you're able to get into the game, correct? That login information is the same for the account website, so you'll be able to login with that same info.

If you're unable to log in to the game and your account, customer support will be able to assist you with recovering your account. Simply reply to the support email and they'll get right back with you!

I don't know if your game and forum passwords are the same...but..

You can see your saved passwords in Chrome.

Go into settings.

Click Advanced.

Find Passwords..click that.

Do search on that screen for "elderscrollsonline.com"

Locate the password. Hit "Show". That'll show you your saved password.
