renew my gf subscription

We have problem my subscription renew went through with out no problem but my gf renew did not went through we have joint bank account and credit card but what every we try to do to renew her subscription don't seem to work and at our bank it say my billing is on it way to you.

    Thank but we fix problem it was human error :) i just hope the support guy dont phone us now in middle night :neutral_face:

    If talk to phone support people tell the don't need phone us we have fix the problem sorry for problem :blush:
