Does this skill work to Highlight a Vampire while they are sneaking?

Evil Hunter will not give you additional advantages to stealth detection against Vampires.

I personally feel that Highlighting any character in PVP because of race, class, or a skill line (Like Vampire or Warewolf or Undaunted) is just wrong and should be removed from the game.

ZOS if you want to mark Vampires in Cyrodiil then give us some kind of defense against Evil Hunter like longer stealth times or faster movement speeds (at least 2x faster which is they way it should be anyways). Why should Vampires be penalized by this new Mark Target effect and not have a way to protect against it. This new Evil Hunter seems a little one sided to me.

I can tell if someone's a Vamp by whether or not they have pale skin... but most of the time, you can tell because all Vamps seem to spam Batswarm constantly, it's a dead giveaway :disagree:
