Suggestion. Belt and dye station

Short story, colors for belt only apply to buckle. at least up to level 35-45 gear while belt strap and flaps attached to belt are colored as part of Chest item.

Couple of suggested change options.

1. Strap of belt and flaps attached to it are moved from chest coloring to belt coloring options.
2. Only Strap is moved to belt color options. This would allow flaps on the belt colored separately, still from Chest color option.
3. Keep everything as is but add a new set of 3 colors to fit Belt strap and flaps plus other possible items that belong to that category.
