Lags and disconnects EU server

yesterday and today i have continous lag problems and today several disconnects (getting the 209 error btw). i have a very fast internet connection and my husband is playing dota without any problems. anyone else having the same problems with eso?

p.s. i get the error when starting the game, not when i am disconnected

Saturday and especially yesterday I experienced huge lag in Rivenspire which affected the whole zone (people asked if it was only them having lag issues in the zone chat), as we all were frozen for a minute, cannot interact, draw weapon, use skills.
After a lag spike, when I entered a solo dungeon I was disconnected but no error, as it just turned out in a endless loading screen, so I force-quitted ESO and restarted it.

Same problem here. Frequent lag spikes and a few disconnects, some where I could still chat but not interact with anything, nor log out. Had to kill the client a few times to get back into the game. Also getting frequent 209 errors after patch 1.4.7. Not a huge issue, but annoying.

Similar yesterday in stormhaven, DC version. Seemed to be affecting several others in zone.

Often leads to message spam disconnect, then 3 tries to logon... Time out, 301, then success.

Problems continued and got worse yesterday. Freezes in the middle of conversations, lots of small rollbacks (rubberbanding), random loading screens and situations where you would have wished for a loading screen rather than having an area slowly load while you are watching it, deaths to invisible mobs that spawn right on top of you as you roam the countryside, generally unresponsive and laggy combat. This is getting old really fast.

@ZOS_GaryA‌ It's not just EU. I just put a ticket in on the NA server. I've never experienced lag in PVE before today. I'm playing through Cadwell's Silver in Shadowfen, not many players, but experiencing everything Ad.Absurdum described.

Lag was horrible on the NA server this morning around 4AM EST. I was in a group of four players and we would all literally sit there for five minutes then we could play and the game would freeze for all of us. After several minutes it would release and we could play. Some times a group player would get kicked out of the game completely or kicked to the beginning of the dungeon. We were in Blessed Crucible. It took a while to even get into the dungeon after we grouped outside. We would hit E to enter and the door seemed to open but it put us right back outside. We asked in chat if anyone else was having lag issues to ensure it wasn't some dungeon/group bug and we got lots of responses other having the same issues of major lag, getting kicked out of the game etc.

I too have been experiencing weird, inconsistent lag since the patch. Game will freeze for about 5 seconds during which I cannot input anything, then the game will unfreeze and warp forward to w/e was happening (like in a fight). Have checked my system/network out, it doesn't appear to be a hardware problem
