Can't receive an access code

Hello!
I can't receive an access code that was sent me after unsuccessful login due to OS reinstallation.
I've tried three times following steps:
- Entered user id, password and got access code notification.
- Checked my email (spam too) multiple times during 10+ minutes.

    I'm here.
    I can't enter the game 15+ hours.
    I've requested phone call ~2 hours ago. Still waiting.

    I hope you are not going to have the same problem as mine. Couldn't get access code too, they said there were problems with some e-mail address, so I wait 2/3 weeks to wait that the issue is fixed as I didn't went to change e-mail address. Result: after 2 month, the support did what they can, I contacted my ISP twice and at the end I had to change the address as nobody couldn't find what was the problem. So, to save you time I would suggest that you change your address. I waited 2 month for nothing :/

    Terrible story. But I can't find a way to change email in my profile.

    I've checked all email box and spam and junk folders too. No response from support. But I received emails from my friends (email works).

    My email provider is Google GMail.

    Replied. But still waiting for response 2+ hours.
