A lot of armor sets give stats. If you're a race with passives that increase max stats, that helps a lot. Such as imperial, dark elf, etc.
And make sure to have infused on your big pieces of armor for more stats. And if you really want to min max stats, you can put divine on your small pieces and use a mundus stone that gives max stat as well.
And of course, always use tri food

The synergy battle roar has with the vampire ult is slightly over powered.
I personally think that AOE builds ult a little too fast. Making it too easy for an AOE vampire Dk to manage their resources.

Moreover noone is really attacking him most of the time. And when they do, you see him getting into trouble.
