Can't Create Character From Template

I'm trying to create a new maxed out character on the PTS but when I try to login with it I get Infiniti loading. My copied character can login fine. Also, on the character window it still says lvl 1 even though I selected the character from the template.

I'm new to PTS and couldn't find a template character.

You can find it on the left upper corner in the charcreation. Dont try to use the Dvelve Templates..it havent been worked a few hours ago.

There was a hotfix but i doesnt test it..
