What movie is the closest to TES? I have seen a few like LOTR, but is there any others? I would love to see a Skyrim style movie. "FUS RO DAH"

If you want vikings and dragons, How to Train Your Dragon readily comes to mind. More than "ok-ish", especially the TV series.
