Missing boss achievement credit

So, I was browsing through my achievement journal and realized that there were quite a few boss kills that I did not get credit for. Spent the better part of yesterday going back and killing some again. Crow's Wood, Sanguine's Demesne, Forgotten Crypt, Giant Longstride and more. Have one boss, Lord Brol in Sanguine's Demesne that I've killed several times and STILL don't have credit. Have killed him alone, in group, given first hit, last hit, etc. I filed in-game bug reports but it is so frustrating. Makes me wonder what else I never got credit for and if I should be checking my journal after every action I take. Especially the high volume achievements "kill 10000 of something" -- how can I trust it is even being tracked properly?

It's 26th of August 2017 now,

And this bug is still not fixed, I reported it in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017....
Thet are not taking paying customers serious.
