Wow did they just slow development to a crawl? It is second week of October and we do not even have clues to what is coming in next update.

Update 5 will include the Veteran City of Ash dungeon, Facial animation improvements, Undaunted Dailies, Chat bubbles, and probably some other stuff.
ESO live seems to be the new go-to for upcoming stuff, so check those out. There's one this friday. Also there are the guild summit recordings, which give quite a bit of insight into what the devs have been working on.2
