download mini update can't log in
downloaded the mini update patch and now press play, button goes gray turns back to blue and no log in…..

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I had the same issue and I finally got logged in. After fighting with the launcher I used the eso.exe and got nothing but a black screen for five minutes, then the log in screen showed up. Entered my info and waited 15 minutes, literally, and it logged me in.0 -

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you please give a quick check to your usersettings file? On occassion, file will become outdated and can be replaced by simply renaming it. This is located in Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live. If there is a file called Usersettings there, right click on it and select Rename. Change its name to:
Usersettings.old
Then try launching the game from the Play menu. This will create a new usersettings file and allow the game to launch. If you run into the same issue, or if the Usersettings.txt file isn't in that folder, let us know and we help you from there!0
