Lag Spikes in Cyrodiil

Since Update 4 I have been experiencing 3-5 second lag spikes in Cyrodiil. This is on top of the fps and crashing issues that most of the NA megaserver has been having since July. The lag spikes occur when large groups are attacking each other. Usually 10+ on each side. The lag spikes make the game unplayable in Cyrodiil. I normally play on Thornblade(NA) and cannot participate in sieges because of this. I also drop from 30-40 fps to 5 fps during this time. Please fix the issues plaguing the game as it has a lot of potential.

Thanks

When this is happening, any chance you can check if one of your CPU's are maxing out.

I should be able to. What's the best way to do that? Open the task manager ahead of time and then check usage or one of the other tabs during those large fights?

When I play I start task manager, start ESO, go back to taskman processes tab and set eso32.exe to high priority, click the performance tab, then play. If some thing hinky happens I can alt+tab and see whats happening or it's right there if I crash. I'm running an Athlon X2 I get 25-60FPS at about 75% cpu usage in PVE but in big battles in PVP I max both cores and my FPS falls into the sub 10s. I did the port forwarding they've recommended to some to troubleshoot the freezes and for whatever reason even in at under ten FPS my game still feels responsive and I'm getting kills now though.

THanks, I got a response to my in-game ticket that explained the port forwarding and process priority in the task manager and a list of other things as well. I'm waiting in the queue right now to see if any of that stuff helped. Thanks for the info.

*None of things suggested by the ticket response worked...sent the game consultant report as requested. Not sure what that will do though.
