Severe lag during the day

For some reason, and only for the past 1-2 weeks I believe, between noon and 5-6pm est the game gets very laggy. Sometimes it's so bad that I can sit there for a full min or longer before the game starts to react again. It's not freezing, just lagging.
I have no anti-virus running or anything else going in the background.
It's not my connection as I can run ping tests, speed tests and stream anything online during this time frame and I have no lag or slow times.
I'm not sure if it's a "just me" kind of thing (which I kind of hope it's not, sorry) or if there is something happening or causing this issue.
Any ideas would be welcome or anything else I might be able to try to narrow down what could be causing this as it's very annoying, especially since this is my optimal time to be playing.
