Ah man.

they need to push this out, only a few weeks to test it and 5 has a lot of things coming, will be a bug fest if they leave it much longer.

Difficult to test anything seriously when you can't copy your characters over. How can you know if something is a bug or just because you play a standard character?

With your own characters you know how things work and you can see how things are different on a test server and compare that to patch notes too see if it were intentional or a bug.

That is impossible at the moment making the pts almost completely pointless and a big reason why so many incredible bad bugs are allowed to go through to live.

Well I see your point, especially about bugs that hit higher levels, but if you could copy characters across would anyone spot low level bugs.

I dnt think Jonny 5 is live, dnt they usually put notes up, probs just maintainace of some sort, got all excited for noting, im sad now.

Yeah, I can't remember if they were quick with the notes on past PTS updates. Was hoping something was still on its way.

If they don't post the patch notes or tell you which version it is then you can always hop on and check at the bottom of the login screen.

i dnt know i uninstalled it because it wouldn't load, now in re installing it so i couldn't tell you, i guess if someone could log on and look for chat bubbles settings i guess that would give a definite answer lol

As stated previously, the current version is 1.4.4. Just checked for bubbles in case the version number was incorrect however they are not populating and there is no option to turn them off or on. My guess is they are staging the PTS to push update 5 or it was just a maintenance that required a down time.

I know what you mean. But thankfully they said during the 2nd episode of ESO live that character copy to the PTS would be ready for when update 5 hits PTS. I hope they are right!
