Can anyone point me to where I update my credit card info.

I've gone to my account settings etc. but I can't find anyplace to update my credit card info to my new card.

I can see where is shows the last digits of my card but no way to edit it.

Hello, @MikeMoss! You can do this by logging in to your account (on https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/account/) and choosing "Manage Subscription."

From here you can select "Setup your recurring subscription," choose a subscription plan, and proceed to enter the details for your desired method of payment. This new subscription plan will replace your previous subscription method.

You < CAN'T > update your card info or change cards. You have to start a NEW subscription which Customer Service claims will replace the current subscription.

I just went through this a couple of days ago.

Craziest damn system I ever saw.

Fortunately, if they try to continue charging my old card they will discover it has been stopped ( fraudulent charge on my card in El Cahon California and I've never been there ) so they CANNOT continue to charge it.

But if someone had multiple valid cards registered for two subscriptions it just might happen that they wind up paying for BOTH subscriptions.

This is incorrect. A new subscription plan will replace your previous subscription method.
