If you can fix Reflective Scale, please also fix permastun and lack of CC immunity

It is pretty simple really. If it was a priority to fix Reflective Scale, it should also be an equal priority to fix the stunlock CC that results in an inability to break out of CC. This affects multiple classes and is still happening.

Also, the immunity timers don't seem to be working. When I roll out of Talons, I can be re-Taloned immediately. If you're fixing things that don't work, please fix this, as it is so common in PvP I honestly can't go more than 10 or 15 minutes without experiencing it.

    I spend 90% of pvp encounters trying to break out of non-stop stun locks (unless Im ganking)

    Talons will always root you, cc-immunity only makes you immune to stuns and knockdowns.
    But i have experienced being stunned and knocked down way too often immediately after cc-break, that needs to be adressed.

    So while someone is using scales you are hitting them with a spell and crying.

    Did you miss that massive dragon wing animation. Maybe a stun instead? or dont cast . Also while he is using reflective scale he is hardly casting much else one would expect

    Well since this really doesnt effect pve zos wont bother with it, at least not any time soon. Each patch is like 95% pve fixes and 5% pvp.

    And those 5% pvp fixes will not even work. I mean how often did the patch notes say "fixed postern doors" or "postern doors will now work correctly" and you log in only to realize nothing has changed.

    Not only do I agree but the timers are wonky. I hate seeing someone roll out of talons then run into my Volcanic Rune, destroying the rune taking no damage or CC. I hate seeing 2 people roll out of talons. DK spam talons the first person immediately while I encase the other. Talons hits but Encase is blocked by CC Immunity.

    If you roll out of my Encase, it gives you CC immunity. If you roll out of my Rune Prison you not only are CC Immune but you aren't Stunned as per the Rune Cage morph; you break 2 effects (a now, and a later) just by breaking one ability.

    Reflective Scales needs addressed immediately. The whole wonky stupid CC Immune thing needs addressed immediately.

    We reported the RS bug back in May. It wasn't an improvement it was a bug fix that took them about 5months to release. It's not as if they are standing at attention for the DK any more than any other classes.

    Daedric mines, velocious curse, Mage's Wraith and Resto staff heavy attack kills almost every DK I face spamming reflective scale. If you can't kill them with that combo, streak though them and repeat and they almost always die.

    If you are mashing your AA crushing shock build on those wings you are doing it wrong.

    Agree, this still needs to be fixed.

    It should also be noted that you can't break CC from being knocked off your horse, just in case players are mistaking this for the "unbreakable CC" bug. They aren't the same thing. : P

    This, however, is not broken. Roots don't count as a hard CC, and thus don't grant immunity. You can still act while rooted.

    CC immunity kicks in (or is intended to) against hard CC, such as stuns, knockdowns, fears, and disorients. Basically anything that causes complete loss of control for your character.

    Snares and roots still allow you to defend or attack, so aren't counted as the same thing.
