When are you going to hire playtesters and stop asking customers to pay to alpha test?

I am still finding game breaking bugs that were reported in the 'beta', but are still here today & getting compounded by added content on top of those bugs!

When is ZOS going to playtest rather than just market the product?

There is a big difference between "ongoing project" and "unfinished product with faulty development and testing". Yes, an MMO is always going to be in development, but you can't leave the game partially broken for weeks or months and expect customers to stay.
