No-stamina-bug

Yesterday i encountered a bug when i teleported to windhelm. My stamina dropped to zero, and didn't refill it self. It was no lag (tested with some enemies and magica-usage), equipping/unequipping/relogging doesn't change it. Disabling all addons doesn't either.After a while it (~10 minutes) everything went back to normal.
