Log In Issue

Was playing fine since 1.2, no bugs, aside from the usual, rarely any crashes. Then today at around 10:30pm EST. Me and three guildies decided to do the upper craglorn dungeons, so I ran back to the gate in Haderus. Ran up to the wayshrine, and teleported to Belkmarth. Ten minutes later, still loading. So I do what any annoyed person does. Alt-F4.

Logged back in with no problem, loaded up the character, tried again. Same issue. Alt-F4'd restarted computer. Launched back up. This time however, when I launched the game the music was considerably louder, it asked me to readjust my brightness and reread the EULA. Then my username was no longer saved and my settings were indeed changed, at least the audio. So I logged in. Now. Stuck on an infinite load screen- (Finally loaded after 15min) -So. Now every single setting is borked or reset/otherwise changed. And now my character looks like this.
This is NOT the way the game looked before by any proportion.. Nor does it look so bad even on minimum. I'm about to tweak and just throw my laptop across the room because ESO has caused me no end of frustration tonight.

I had the same issues last night around 10:00 - 10:30PM EST. I verified my connection, etc. It was quite frustrating to say the least! One time I traveled from Stonefalls to Glenumbra only to find Glenumbra without any npc's. I could ride my horse around but I was alone in the world. Tried /reloadui and then to leave the game by logging out and again it just sat there saying "logging out in 0 seconds" I didn't get a new EULA but I did get a 301 error. I waited around 15 minutes and tried to log in again only to find an empty world again. After a few attempts I FINALLY got in the game and it seemed to be working properly this time. This happened on both main characters, one in Glenumbra and the other in Grahtwood.

Also I am seeing that weirdness with the launcher where the news won't load regardless of how long you leave it open. So I tried the eso.exe and I am seeing "failed to load announcements" on the bottom where the Update 4 has been released" should be showing. This started when the game issues started last night and is still happening.
