that skill is supposed to do such damage.It has a cast time of nearly 10 seconds and can be easily seen (archer raises bow to the air and it sets on fire)

The "Taking Aim" skill is meant to deal a large amount of damage due to its long casting time and visible telegraph. The ability can be interrupted in order to prevent the damage from occurring.

Which class has access to that bow skill?

@Francescolg This ability is specific to an NPC class. It's not available as a class or weapon skill for a player character.

If you have turned on sound ffx, they do say"Takining Aim!" allways the signal for me saving my ass!
