Weird log in

I was inexplicably logged out with no message as to why. When I logged back in I was spawned up in the sky off the coast of Glenumbra and dumped into the Ocean where I was then slaughtered by slaughterfish. Took a picture of my map to show where I fell. On the bright side I did get an achievement so best bug ever I suppose.
