I want to gift imperial edition upgrade to my friend but i can only buy it for myself.
I know in Steam you can do that but he doesn't own ESO on Steam.
How to buy an imperial edition upgrade gift?
Is it possible to buy an IE upgrade as a gift?

At the present moment, there is not a way to gift items through our store page. That said, when you go to make a purchase on the store page, it does ask for separate billing information. We understand that it's less of a surprise and not quite as convenient, but you could use this method to purchase the Imperial Edition upgrade without editing their subscription information.
