NPC is labled OFFLINE and no descriptions for items with "Track Goal Text"
when I talk to quest NPC i was only offered, "Good Bye" option. Anyone knows how to fix it?

eh? weird, i logged off just to chill off, but now i tried to logged back in to take a screenshot, everything is fixed now.......Thanks though!0
