I've noticed I'm almost done with a couple of slayer achievements, so I'd like to know where I could find some low level chitinous, water-based and lizard-like creatures to kill

Wrong, I've sadly discovered that shalks are not chitinous enough for the achievements... Dreugh and mudcrabs count though...
